1961

The company’s growth in the field of textile trade begins after A. Yahya Kiğılı takes over the business.

1969

Kastamonu Entegre is founded in Istanbul to produce wood-based panels. Kastamonu Flakeboard Factory, the first production facility, starts production in 1971.

1987

The first investment in fast moving consumer goods  industry is made with the detergent factory. The Bingo and Test brands are introduced to the market.

1989

The first exports to Russia and Iraq are made with Bingo brand.

1994

Turkey's first continuous MDF facility within Kastamonu Entegre starts operating in Gebze. This investment is followed by the foundation of Balıkesir Flakeboard Facility in 2005 and the MDF and Laminate Flooring Facility in Kastamonu Organized Industrial Zone in 2008, the acquisition of Yontaş Flakeboard Facility in Samsun in 2009 and Samedoğlu Flakeboard Facility in Tarsus in 2010, and finally the foundation of Adana MDF Facility.

1998

The first baby diaper factory is founded. Turkey meets Molfix brand.
Kastamonu Entegre makes its first foreign investment in Romania.

1999

Hygienic pad brand Molped is introduced to the market.

2000

Liman İşletmeciliği A.Ş. joined Hayat Holding.

As Kastamonu Entegre's second overseas investment, Gabrovnitsa A.D. Chipboard Plant in Kazanlik region of Bulgaria was purchased. Particle Board Plant was acquired.

2001

Detergent, sanitary pad, and baby diaper factories begin production in Kocaeli.

2005

Hayat moves its production overseas with the detergent factory founded in Algeria.
Cellulose and packaging paper production starts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2006

Papia and Familia brands meet consumers with the tissue factory commissioned in Kocaeli. 2010 with the new investment made in the Kocaeli Factory, the production capacity of the tissue category is increased to 130 thousand tons per year.

2007

Baby diaper factory is founded in Blida, Algeria.

2011

Sanitary pad and baby diaper production facility goes into service in Iran

2012

Diaper factory is founded in Sokhna, Egypt.
R&D Center opens at Kocaeli campus

2013

Tissue factory investment in Iran has been completed.
Adult diaper brands Joly and Evony are introduced to consumers in Turkey.
Hayat İnşaat and SunRise Capital sign a partnership agreement for the SunRise City project in Tatarstan.
Molfix brand is introduced to the Moroccan market.

2015

Consecutive investments take place. Tissue factories in Russia and Mersin and a flexible packaging factory in Kocaeli are commissioned.
Within Kastamonu Entegre, Kastamonu USA is founded in Florida, USA to manage the wood chip supply and logistics processes.
Molfix brand is launched in Nigeria.

2016

Overseas investments continue! Hygiene and tissue factories in Nigeria, tissue and flexible packaging factories in Egypt begin production.

2017

Kastamonu Entegre acquires Gruppo Trombini, the third largest flakeboard producer in Italy.

2018

Entering Pakistani market with Papia, Molfix, and Familia brands.

2019

Molfix brand is launched in Kenya.

2020

Hayat becomes the largest Turkish manufacturer of surgical masks with its Evony and Goodcare brands.
2 tissue factories begin production in Russia and Mersin.

2021

Entry to the South Asian market with the baby diaper factory founded in Vietnam.
Bebem Natural brand joins diaper category.
Kastamonu Entegre commissions its new continuous flakeboard investment in Samsun.
