After graduating from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1994, İbrahim Güler went on with his education in the field of Mechanical Engineering at Hannover University of Applied Sciences in Germany between 1995 and 1999. Mr. Güler started his professional career as a Production Engineer at Hayat in 1999 and later served as the Production Manager, Global Technical and Project Manager, and Global Production Director of the same company subsequently. Mr. Güler is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Born in Posof, Ardahan in 1972, Fikret Koç graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Dortmund University in 2000 and received his doctorate degree in Organic Chemistry at the same university in 2004. Serving as a research assistant at the university during this period, he did post-doc researches and returned to Turkey in 2005. Mr. Koç worked at the R&D department of Abdi İbrahim pharmaceutical company until 2010 and has assumed the R&D Director position of Deva Holding in 2010. During the same period, Mr. Koç simultaneously worked as a part-time lecturer at a private university between 2006 and 2014. Fikret Koç joined Hayat as the Global R&D Director at the end of 2013 and still serves as the Vice President of R&D.

Hüseyin Okur graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University in 1998 and received his master’s degree in Executive Management from Koç University in 2008. Starting his career in the banking sector, Mr. Okur worked at Asya Finans between 1998 and 2000. He later served as the Planning and Reporting Team Leader at the Arçelik-LG company between 2000 and 2008, and as the Finance Director in various units at Yıldız Holding, which is the owner of the Ülker brand, between 2008 and 2014. Hüseyin Okur joined Hayat as the Director of Domestic Financial Affairs in 2014. Mr. Okur has been serving as the Vice President of Finance since 2018.

Born in 1972, Tarık Demiryakan graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1994. During his studentship years, he started working as a Meteorologist at the General Directorate of State Airports Authority at Atatürk Airport between 1990 and 1995. Mr. Demiryakan, who undertook the Process/Power and Control Engineer position at P&G’s Gebze Factory in 1997, also served as the Operations and Logistics Manager of the same company. Between 2006 and 2009, he served as the Director of Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production at 3M Turkey, where he was also a member of the Executive Board. Mr. Demiryakan, who later assumed the Supply Chain Director post at Yıldız Holding, managed several major organizational projects during this process. He joined Hayat Consumer Group in 2013 as the Global Supply Chain Director. Mr. Demiryakan, who was appointed as the Iran Pars Retail Managing Director in 2015 and Vice President for Iran Operations in 2020, still heads the Global Supply Chain and Global Procurement units in addition to this duty.

Ali Zeybek was born in Istanbul in 1950. After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at Middle East Technical University, he worked as a specialist, manager, and sales engineer at the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, in the private sector, and at Eximbank between 1973 and 1982. Moving on in his career with various managerial positions at OYAK and in the private sector, Mr. Zeybek transferred to the State Planning Organization in 1988, where he directed the Research and Investment Incentives Departments. Ali Zeybek, who served in the top management of Toprak Holding between 1991 and 2005, joined Hayat Kimya in 2005. Mr. Zeybek undertook the Overseas Projects Coordinator, Strategic Planning and Business Development Coordinator, and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board positions in the Group, and currently acts as the Advisor to Chairman of the Executive Board.
