DEVICE DESCRIPTION

Mask is intended single use and designed for this purpose. 3 layer single use mask including melt blown fibers which provide filtration and effectively prevent particles from entering.

INTENDED USE

Generally used in conditions which personal respiratory protection is necessary. A surgical mask is a loose-fitting, disposable device that creates a physical barrier between the mouth and nose of the wearer and potential contaminants in the immediate environment.

DIRECTION for USE/TERM

Hand should be washing before using the mask. Handle the mask keeping the nose wire up. Put the elastic ear bands over your ears. Place the nose wire firmly over your nose. Place the bottom of the mask under your chin. Mask should be completely covered nose and mouth.

WARNING/PRECAUTIONS

Masks are personal use and disposable and must be changed after 6 hours of use. In case of liquid contact or deformation they must be changed immediately.

SHELF LIFE

The shelf life of our mask product is 3 years.
